General
The modulux.com website is operated by Modulux Liquid Metal Ltd., company no. 516864145 (“Modulux”, “we”). By using the site you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site is available in Hebrew and English. If the two versions conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
Information on the site
The content of the site shows our work and gives general information. It is not a binding offer. Price, schedule and specification are set only in a written quote.
Colors and textures in photos and videos change with lighting, the screen and its settings. To see a finish as it really is, ask for a sample.
The finish studio
The studio shows a finish simulated on a photo you upload. The photorealistic version is created by artificial intelligence. It is an illustration only, not a commitment to the look, color or suitability of the finish for the surface. The final finish is approved on a physical sample.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it contains no private information about others. You allow us to process it, and to send it to our service provider, only to create the simulation. If you create a share link, anyone who has it can see the images for 90 days.
The number of photorealistic versions is limited. We may change the limit or stop the service at any time.
Prohibited use
You may not use the site to:
- upload unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- get around the bot protection or the usage limits;
- run automated programs on it to collect content or send requests;
- harm the site, its servers or other users.
Intellectual property
The content of the site, including texts, photos, videos, design, the logo and the names MetaliQ, TruMetal and LuxKote, belongs to Modulux or to rights holders who allowed us to use it. Do not copy, distribute or publish it without written permission. You may share links to the site’s pages. You may download the catalogue and use it to plan your project.
Trademarks and logos of other companies shown on the site belong to their owners. They are shown to describe work we did and do not mean a partnership with us or an endorsement by them. A company that wants its logo removed can write to us, and we will remove it promptly.
Requests through the site
Sending a request through the form creates no agreement or obligation for either side. An engagement is formed only by a written agreement or order.
Links to other sites
The site links to outside services such as WhatsApp and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We make an effort to keep the information correct and current and the site running without faults, but we do not guarantee it. To the fullest extent the law allows, Modulux is not liable for damage caused by using the site, by relying on its information or simulations, or by an interruption in its operation.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms. The binding version is the one on this page on the day you use the site.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of the site are governed by Israeli law only. The competent courts of the Central District, including the court in Petah Tikva, have exclusive jurisdiction.
